Le Trio

It is the meeting of three singers, real interpreters, each with a unique personalities: Ally Des Bobines, Lou Marteen’s et Lily la Tulipe.
A common passion for the music of the 1930’s through to the 1960’s, combined with a deep love for the stage brought them together in 2007, when they created CHERRY SWING

Shy and reserved but nevertheless fascinated by her first performances in the theatre at the age of 14.

Performing the Big Band standards become her first love! Trained in ballet, singing and tap-dance, Lou can play both the accordion and piano.
One day she met the world of jazz and her vocation was born!This prompted her to join the Bill Evans Academy, Paris ( dear Bernard Maury) and began her a new life.

Her heaven on Earth is a jazz club!!!!


Ally Des Bobines

With both Russian and Italian ancestory, Ally has the fire and passion which springs from these origins when we speak of singing and acting. After a classic training in singing at Salle de concert Pleyel, Paris she now studies jazz with Jacques Adamo, the celebrated jazz trumpeter in Toulouse.

She began her career at the age of 17, having signed a contract with Touchstone Records and Sony then went on to become the voice-over for Milan Music. She subsequently created her own show ANGELS, a combination of song, dance and comedy.

Her distinctive signature is her capacity to share her musical emotion with the public. In 1996, she turned her passion for singing towards Executive Education - coaching and team building.

She start singing opera songs when she was 16 years.

In 2001, she enters to the academy of Montauban then to the Academy of Toulouse in class of improvised music ( vocal jazz) where she will also reach the specialized cycle.

She participates in numerous opera representations such as " The child and the spells " of Maurice Ravel, "Carmen" de Georges" Bizet, and recently " The wedding of Figaro " of WA Mozart.

She participates in the musical " Guy and Dolls " as leading part. This experience makes her discover another artistic universe... She participates in numerous concerts as a singer solist accompanied by the Muret Big band during of numerous years.

In 2007, she is a member of choirs of the Capitol of Toulouse as a chorus-singer.

Her affinities are many and varied : she loves the French swing by exploring from Claude Nougaro to Michel Legrand etc...

It was so natural for her to sing with Cherry Swing as a little mischievous and roguish girl of the trio to explore the crazy and glamourous word of swing !
